Scope of Services. Through this Site, Redline Family Power Washing markets and arranges Power Washing, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning Service, Concrete Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning, Fence Cleaning, Patio Cleaning, Boat Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://redlinefamilypowerwashing.com is the property of Redline Family Power Washing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Redline Family Power Washing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Redline Family Power Washing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Redline Family Power Washing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
